Returns


Return Policy

Of course it can happen that if you have ordered something from Vicci Fashion, that the article is not (entirely) to your liking. If this is the case, then there are three possibilities:

 

Return via PostNL

At Vicci Fashion you have the legal option to cancel your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. After your notification that you cancel your purchase, you still have 14 days to return the ordered items. The costs of sending will be deducted from the amount to be credited.

 

To be able to process returns faster, always add your packing slip and return form to the return so that we know who the return comes from. Returns without a packing slip and return form will not be processed!

 

Sale items cannot be exchanged!

We will refund the purchase amount, excluding any standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment, within 14 days of your notification that you are canceling the purchase. We will refund with the same payment method as you used to pay. We may, however, wait with repayment until we have received the items or you have demonstrated that you have returned them (via a track & trace code). After processing the return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

 

You are only liable for the decrease in value of goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For the exchange of items, it is best to choose to order the correct item in advance so that you are sure that you do not miss out on the desired product. As soon as the other product has been returned, we will credit the returned item.

 

Conditions for exchange or returnIf you want to exchange or return an item, we appreciate that you take into account the following conditions:⦁ Include the original receipt that was included with your package with your return.⦁ The item you are returning is clean and complete ⦁ The item is, if reasonably possible, packed in the original, undamaged packaging.

Complaints

 

Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

 

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@viccifashion.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

Order, send and deliver

You can order from Vicci Fashion with or without a customer account. Creating an account has the advantage that you do not have to re-enter your details for the next order. It is not mandatory to create an account.

Ordering is very easy; Click on the item you want to buy, choose or select the correct size and then 'add to cart'. When you have finished ordering, click on the 'shopping cart' at the top of the screen and check your order. If everything is correct, click on 'order'.

 

Click on 'Proceed to checkout'.

 

Please check or enter your details. Here you can, among other things, adjust the delivery address.

 

Choose the shipping method; Shipping with PostNL or pick up. Choose your preferred payment method. And your discount code, if any.

 

Click on 'I agree to the terms and conditions'. Finally, click on 'order and pay' to send your order to us.

 

When can I expect my order? Your order will be sent as soon as the payment has been received by us. Depending on the payment method chosen by you, this is immediate or it takes a few working days (see payment methods). As soon as your payment has been received, the items you ordered will be packed and offered to PostNL. You will receive the Track & Trace code of your package from us by e-mail, so that you can track the shipment. Parcels are offered at PostNL every working day, so you can expect your (mailbox) package within 1 to a few working days. In general, the following applies: ordered on working days before 17:00, tomorrow at home. Exceptions to this are: sales, promotions and/or the start of certain new collections.

 

Why do we choose to offer the order as a letterbox package;

 

With a standard letterbox package you do not have to stay at home. And your order will simply fall on the doormat, even if you are not at home.

 

If the letterbox package or the package cannot be delivered on the delivery day, the delivery person will offer the package again the next day. If the offer still does not work, it will be delivered to the nearest post office in your area.

 

What if I don't receive my order? Unfortunately, it can happen that a package gets lost during shipping. If you have not received your package, despite the fact that a Track & Trace code has been sent, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then inform PostNL what went wrong.

 

Shipping costs You pay no shipping costs at VICCI for orders from €50,-. For orders of less than €50,- € 4.10 or 6.75 will be charged as a contribution to the shipping costs.

 

If a package is refused or cannot be delivered;

 

If the order is returned because you have refused the package, or could not be delivered, or has not been picked up at a collection point, we will cancel the order. We will then charge you the return costs of €3.95 for a letterbox package and €5.95 for a package.
